摘  要:文章通过运用计算流体力学(CFD)软件,对聚丙烯环管反应器在相同管径不同流速下进行流场特性研究,首先进行三维模型的建立以及网格划分,同时建立好数学模型与边界条件,其次对三维模型进行求解计算,通过求解计算可以得到流体在流场中相同管径不同流速下的速度云图、压力云图与湍动能云图。最后通过对模拟计算结果的研究与对比分析,进一步判断出在何种流速下聚丙烯环管反应器的结构设计最为合理,丙烯聚合反应能够正常进行,对丙烯聚合反应更有利。In this paper,computational fluid dynamics(CFD)software is used to study the flow field characteristics of the polypropylene loop reactor under the same diameter and different flow rates.Firstly,the three-dimensional model is established and the grid is divided,and the mathematical model and boundary conditions are established.Secondly,the three-dimensional model is solved and calculated.The velocity nephogram,pressure nephogram and turbulent kinetic energy nephogram of fluid with the same diameter and different velocity in the flow field can be obtained by solving the calculation.Finally,through the study and comparative analysis of the simulation results,it is further determined that the structure design of polypropylene loop reactor is the most reasonable under which flow rate,and the polymerization of propylene can proceed normally,which is more favorable to the polymerization of propylene.
