摘  要:某炼化公司300 kt/a聚丙烯装置环管反应器轴流泵机械密封突发泄漏,现场出现压力活塞液位迅速下降、补油频次加快的故障,经判断是泵机械密封辅助系统中压力活塞内漏。面对可能需要停车处理的紧急状况,技术人员分析机械密封原理,结合现场流程,果断提出在线并联安装压力活塞不停车切换的措施。实施后有效解决问题,保证泵可靠运行,避免非计划停工。The mechanical seal of axial flow pump in annular tube reactor of 300 kt/a polypropylene unit of a refining and chemical company suddenly leaked,the liquid level of pressure piston dropped rapidly and oil filling frequency accelerated.It was determined that the pressure piston was leaking in the auxiliary system of pump mechanical seal.In the face of the emergency situation,the technical personnel analyzed the principle of mechanical seal,combined with the field process,decisively proposed the scheme of online parallel installation of pressure piston without stopping.After implementation,the problem was effectively solved to ensure the reliable operation of the pump and avoid the unplanned shutdown.
