煤化工企业德士古气化炉带水原因分析及对策

摘　　要：随着新时代工业化步伐的加快,各企业都进入了生产转型的新阶段,煤化工企业在现代化趋势下陆续引进了全新的生产设备和技术,构建了全新的生产体系。德士古气化炉作为煤化工企业内的重要设备,带水问题将增大设备运行风险,不利于企业的正常生产。文章以煤化工企业的德士古气化炉为研究对象,分析了其出现带水现象的原因,提出了对应的策略。With the acceleration of the pace ofindustrialization,various industrial enterprises have entered a new stage of production transformation,coal chemical enterprises have introduced new production equipment and technology under the trend of modernization,and built a new production system.Texaco gasifier is an important equipment in coal chemical enterprises.The water problem will increase the risk of equipment operation,which is not conducive to the normal production of enterprises.In this paper,the Texaco gasifier in coal chemical enterprise is taken as the research object,the reason of the phenomenon of water is analyzed,and the corresponding strategy is put forward.
