摘　　要：伴随着“碳减排”“碳中和”的强力推进和全球对液化天然气需求的不断增长,国际液化天然气行业规模在不断扩大建设之中,国内许多工程公司承接LNG项目建设的数量也越来越多,并慢慢积累了LNG项目建设的诸多经验。有些公司为了能够进一步提升LNG模块化工厂项目管理水平,制定出了更加完善与健全的LNG模块化工程一体化建造项目管理及质量控制体系。文章从LNG模块化工厂一体化建造施工设计管理进行分析,提出了建设性的意见和举措。With the strong promotion of“carbon reduction”and“carbon neutrality”and the growing global demand for LNG,the scale of the international LNG industry is constantly expanding,and many domestic engineering companies are undertaking an increasing number of LNG projects and gradually accumulating a lot of experience in LNG project construction.In order to further improve the project management level of LNG modular plants,some companies have developed more perfect and sound LNG modular engineering integrated construction project management and quality control system.This paper analyzes the design and management ofintegrated construction of LNG modular plant,and puts forward some constructive suggestions and measures.
