摘 要:为探究铝屑预处理方式对铝合金再生铸锭组织及性能的影响,采用低倍组织及微观组织观测,力学性能、导电率及布氏硬度测试等多种手段进行分析。结果表明,对废料添加除油和压实处理,可将废料回收率提高至73%以上,且铸锭内部无羽毛晶、夹杂和疏松等缺陷;对废料进行除油+烘干+压实处理时,再生合金的力学性能和硬度最佳;与仅烘干处理相比,添加除油和压实处理使6061合金的导电率降低。In order to investigate the effect of aluminum chip pretreatment on the microstructure and properties of aluminum alloy recycled ingots,macrostructure and microstructure observation,mechanical properties,conductivity and Babbitt hardness tests are used to analyze.The results show that the waste recovery rate can be increased to more than 73%by adding oil removal and compaction treatment,and there are no feather crystals,inclusion and porosity in the ingot.The mechanical properties and hardness of the regenerated alloy are the best when the waste is deoiled,dried and compaced.Compared with drying alone,the addition of oil removal and compaction results in a decrease in the conductivity of 6061 alloy.
