摘　　要：文章阐述了铝热轧乳化液成分、性质、作用以及废乳液的产生和污染物特性;简单介绍了几种常用处理方法,重点针对陶瓷超滤膜循环浓缩与减压蒸发浓缩进行工艺组合的技术探讨,以便使该工艺得到更好的推广和应用。In this paper,the composition,properties and function of aluminum hot rolling emulsion,as well as the generation of waste emulsion and pollutant characteristics are described.Several common treatment methods are briefly introduced,focusing on the technology combination of ceramic ultrafiltration membrane cycling concentration and vacuum evaporation concentration,so as to promote and apply the process better.
