摘　　要：大运河河北段非物质文化遗产是人们在生活中所凝结的文化,承载着冀中南地区的乡音乡情,蕴含着侠风水韵的豪迈精神,体现着人们质朴灵动的审美意识。促进非遗生活化传承可实现其完整保护和永续流传。政府应当以“人”的活动为核心,以优秀传统文化的回归为重任,促进非遗融入当代人的生活。应充分挖掘大运河河北段非遗世代相传的“基因链”,开拓非遗活动新园地;创设非遗生活化展示与场景化体验的新空间;建立传播新渠道,创造非遗的网络公共平台,从而使运河非遗重返生活家园,使其成为人们在生活中共同延续的文化命脉。The intangible cultural heritage in the Hebei section of the Grand Canal is the culture carried by local residents’lifestyle,which is permeated with local flavor and sentiment of central and southern Hebei region as well as the heroic spirit of chivalrous charm,and embodies people’s simple and vigorous aesthetic consciousness.Promoting the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage in daily life helps achieve its complete protection and sustainable transmission.Local government needs to take“human”activities as the essence,and regard the return of excellent traditional culture as one of its important tasks to promote the integration of intangible cultural heritage into contemporary life.It is necessary to fully explore the genetic chain of intangible cultural heritage passed down from generation to generation in Hebei section of the Grand Canal,and open up a new garden for intangible cultural heritage activities.It also needs to create a new space of living display and scene-oriented experience for intangible cultural heritage;It is equally important to establish new communication channels and create a public network platform for intangible cultural heritage,so that the intangible cultural heritage of the Grand Canal comes back to daily life and become the sustainable cultural lifeblood in people’s lives.
