摘 要:油田压裂返排废水体系稳定,成分复杂,有机物含量高,COD处理达标排放是一项难题。采用絮凝预处理+电絮凝氧化组合法处理海上压裂返排废水,结果表明,Fenton氧化去除COD能力有限,对于较低COD含量的水样去除率31.2%,无法满足达标排放。絮凝预处理可去除废水中含油,电絮凝处理采用铝极板,在极板间距50 mm,电流稳定6 A时,处理45 min后污水COD去除率达到85.9%,处理55 min后达到432~510 mg/L,废水中有机大分子污染物减少,被氧化降解为小分子,COD去除效果显著,满足排海控制指标要求,组合处理工艺可实现压裂返排废水的高效快速处理。It is a difficult problem that the wastewater system of oilfield fracturing back discharge is stable,complicated in composition and high in organic matter.The combined method of flocculation pretreatment and electric flocculation oxidation is used to treat the wastewater from offshore fracturing.The results show that Fenton oxidation has limited COD removal ability,and the removal rate of water samples with low COD content is 31.2%,which can not meet the standard discharge.The oil in wastewater can be removed by flocculation pretreatment.Aluminum plates are used for electric flocculation treatment.When the distance between plates is 50 mm and the current is stable for 6 A,the COD removal rate of wastewater can reach 85.9%after 45 min of treatment and 432~510 mg/L after 55 min of treatment,and the organic macromolecular pollutants in wastewater are reduced and oxidized to small molecules.The COD removal effect is remarkable,which meets the requirements of sea discharge control index.The combined treatment process can realize the efficient and rapid treatment of fracturing backwater.
