摘 要:生物沥浸是处理电镀污泥中金属的高效方法;建材化利用是其进行减量化和资源化的处置方法。电镀污泥生物沥浸后的残渣进行水洗,与页岩掺料混合后造粒,并烧制成陶粒,检测陶粒产品的各项物理性能及浸出毒性。结果表明,在页岩陶粒中检测出了莫来石、硅酸钙等晶体物质,但随着生物沥浸渣比例的上升,硫酸钙的衍射峰逐渐增强。5种配比下的页岩陶粒均能够达到陶粒产品的合格要求,浸出液中重金属浓度远低于国标限值,甚至未检测出,能作为建材行业的普通粗轻集料使用。Bioleaching is an efficient method to treat metals in electroplating sludge;building materials utilization is the disposal method to reduce and resourceize it.The residue from bioleaching of electroplating sludge was washed and mixed with shale and then granulated,and fired into shape.The results showed that mullite,calcium silicate and other crystalline substances were detected in the shale pellets,but the diffraction peak of calcium sulfate was gradually enhanced with the increasing proportion of bioleaching residue.The shale ceramic pellets under five ratios were able to meet the qualified requirements of ceramic pellets products,and the concentration of heavy metals in the leachate of these five kinds of up to standard ceramic pellets was much lower than the national standard limit value,and even undetected.The ceramic pellets can be used as ordinary coarse and light aggregate in the building materials industry.
