摘 要:将Fe_(2)O_(3)前驱体FeO(OH)、Fe_(3)O_(4)分别与Al粉在分散溶剂中超声混合均匀,除去溶剂,洗涤、干燥后,得到干燥固体。将干燥固体热处理后,得到Al/Fe_(2)O_(3)铝热剂。利用XRD、SEM和DSC对样品的结构组成、形貌和热性能进行了表征。结果表明,制得了Al/Fe_(2)O_(3)铝热剂(Ⅰ,FeO(OH)为前驱体)及Al/Fe_(2)O_(3)铝热剂(Ⅱ,Fe_(3)O_(4)为前驱体)。XRD分析表明Ⅰ、Ⅱ均为Al与Fe_(2)O_(3)的复合物;SEM图显示,Ⅰ为球状Al紧密结合于棒状Fe_(2)O_(3)表面,形成的复合体;Ⅱ为球状Al包埋于球状Fe_(2)O_(3)中形成的复合体。经DSC测试,Ⅰ总放热量达到1934.67 J/g,Ⅱ总放热量为1296.51 J/g。As precursors of Fe_(2)O_(3),FeO(OH)and Fe_(3)O_(4)were mixed with Al powder separately in different solvents with the aid of ultrasound,and then solvents were removed,dry solids were get after washing and drying,two kinds of Al/Fe_(2)O_(3)thermite were obtained.The samples were characterized by XRD and SEM respectively.DSC analysis was employed to investigate the thermal performance of the thermite.The results show that Al/Fe_(2)O_(3)thermite[Ⅰ,FeO(OH)as the precursor],Al/Fe_(2)O_(3)thermite(Ⅱ,Fe_(3)O_(4)as the precursor)are received.ⅠandⅡare made up of Al and Fe_(2)O_(3).The morphology ofⅠis in Fe_(2)O_(3)rods with which Al spheres are combined tightly,and morphology ofⅡis presented as Fe_(2)O_(3)pearls in which Al spheres are embedded.In DSC traces,the reaction heat ofⅠreaches 1934.67 J/g,whereasⅡreaches 1296.51 J/g.
