摘  要:以六水硝酸锌、2-甲基咪唑为原料,无水乙醇为溶剂,采用机械搅拌法制备前驱体ZIF-8,将前驱体以热沉积的方法制备不同温度的氧化锌纳米棒,分别是ZnO-X(X=700,800,900)。X射线衍射仪(XRD)图谱表明不同温度的ZnO纳米棒结晶完整,纯度较高。从扫描电镜(SEM)可以看出前驱体尺寸分布在0.5~2μm;随着热沉积的温度升高,直径从150 nm逐渐增大至2μm,长度从1μm增大至30μm。光催化降解实验表明,当光照150 min后,样品ZnO-700、ZnO-800、ZnO-900对罗丹明(RhB)的降解效率分别为63.1%,62.1%,62.8%,可以发现不同热沉积温度制备得到ZnO纳米棒对RhB都具有明显的光催化降解效果。Using zinc nitrate hexahydrate and 2-methylimidazole as raw materials and absolute ethanol as solvent,the precursor ZIF-8 was prepared by the mechanical stirring method,and zinc oxide nanorods at different temperatures were prepared by thermal deposition of the precursor,respectively.ZnO-X(X=700,800,900).The X-ray diffractometer(XRD)patterns showed that the ZnO nanotubes at different temperatures had complete crystallization and high purity.It can be seen from the scanning electron microscope(SEM)that the size distribution of the precursor is 0.5~2μm;as the thermal deposition temperature increases,the diameter gradually increases from 150 nm to 2μm,and the length increases from 1μm to 30μm.The photocatalytic degradation experiments showed that the degradation efficiencies of ZnO-700,ZnO-800,and ZnO-900 to rhodamine(RhB)were 63.1%,62.1%,and 62.8%,respectively,after 150 min of illumination.The obtained ZnO nanorods have an obvious photocatalytic degradation effect on RhB.
