摘　　要：微波加热作为一种全新、节能、环保的加热技术,广泛应用于沥青路面修复。为研究微波对沥青的老化的影响,利用动态剪切流变仪、红外光谱仪、原子力显微镜等仪器测试沥青微观结构及宏观性能。结果表明,沥青在经过微波老化后,基本性能指标变化符合老化的规律,当微波老化50次后,基本上能达到沥青薄膜老化的效果;沥青随老化次数的增加,羰基指数与亚砜基指数均增大,沥青中极性较大的官能团增多,致使老化后沥青相互缔合程度增大,沥青变硬,高温性能增强;在微波老化过程中,沥青的分子结构发生变化,老化后“蜂状结构”数量减少、单个“蜂状结构”面积和“蜂状结构”总面积逐渐增大。Microwave heating,as a new,energy-saving and environmentally friendly heating technology,has been widely used in asphalt pavement repair.To study the effect of microwave on the aging of asphalt,the microstructure and macroscopic properties of asphalt were tested by means of dynamic shear rheometer,infrared spectrometer,atomic force microscopy and other instruments.The results show that after microwave aging,the basic performance index changes in the asphalt conforms to the law of aging,when the microwave aging fifty times,basically can achieve the effect of asphalt film aging;asphalt with the increase of the number of aging times,the carbonyl index and suburteneusyl index increase,the polarity of the asphalt increases,resulting in the aging of the asphalt mutual association degree increases,asphalt hardening,high temperature performance enhanced;during the microwave aging process,the molecular structure of asphalt changes,and the number of“bee-like structures”decreases after aging,and the area of individual“bee-like structures”and the total area of“bee-like structures”gradually increases.
