摘 要:结合静态吸附和动态吸附,分别考察了静态吸附时树脂种类、吸附时间、吸附温度对Sb和Fe的脱除效果,同时考察了动态吸附后氢氧化胆碱的含水量和Sb和Fe的浓度,对动态吸附所用的离子交换树脂进行解吸循环使用。结果表明,50 mL胆碱浸泡在1.0 g D113和1.0 g Lewatit MonoPlus TP260两种树脂混合物中,在35℃的恒温振荡器上反应16 h,通过蠕动泵带动静态吸附后的胆碱溶液经过Amberlyst 15WET树脂的离子交换柱,得到胆碱中Sb和Fe的浓度分别是5μg/L和7μg/L、胆碱的含水量降低0.54%。同时动态吸附用的Amberlyst 15WET树脂经过解吸可循环使用至少5次。本实验提供了一种切实可行的脱除氢氧化胆碱中金属离子的方案。The combined with static adsorption and dynamic adsorption,research the effection of resin type,adsorption time and adsorption temperature on Sb and Fe during static adsorption,and the water content of choline hydroxide and the concentration of Sb and Fe after dynamic adsorption were investigated,and the ion exchange resin used for dynamic adsorption was desorbed and recycled.The results showed that 50 mL choline was soaked in 1.0 g D113 and 1.0 g Lewatit MonoPlus TP260 resin,reacted on a thermostatic shaker at 35℃for 16 h,and the static adsorption choline solution was driven by a peristaltic pump through the ion exchange column of Amberlyst 15WET resin,the concentrations of Sb and Fe in choline were 5μg/L and 7μg/L,respectively,and the water content of choline was reduced by 0.54%.At the same time,Amberlyst 15WET resin for dynamic adsorption was recycled at least 5 times through the desorption class.This experiment provides a practical solution for removing metal ions from choline hydroxide.
