改性活性炭催化水合肼还原对氯硝基苯性能研究

摘  要:采用改性的活性炭作为一种无金属的催化剂,考察了其催化水合肼还原对氯硝基苯反应性能。用X射线衍射、N 2物理吸附、红外光谱和Boehm滴定对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明,经10%HNO 3处理的活性炭对催化对氯硝基苯还原制备对氯苯胺显示优异的性能。在乙醇为溶剂、353 K、n(水合肼)∶n(对氯硝基苯)=2.5∶1、对氯硝基苯与催化剂质量比为39条件下反应60 min,对氯硝基苯100%转化为目标产物对氯苯胺,并且催化剂重复使用4次,活性无明显下降。The catalytic performance of modified activated carbon as a metal-free catalyst for p-chloronitrobenzene reduction with hydrazine hydrate to p-chloroaniline was investigated.The catalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction,nitrogen physical adsorption,infrared spectroscopy and Boehm titration.The results show that the activated carbon modified by 10%HNO 3 exhibited high activity,selectivity and stability for p-chloronitrobenzene reduction to p-chloroaniline.Under ethanol as solvent,353 K,n(hydrazine hydrate)∶n(p-chloronitrobenzene)=2.5∶1 and a mass ratio of 39∶1 for substrate to catalyst,100%of p-chloronitrobenzene was converted to p-chloroaniline for 60 min,and the activity of the catalyst didn’t significantly decrease even for the fourth recycle.
