摘 要:以磷石膏为主要原料,通过添加适量的竹材,探究竹纤维对磷石膏生态砖性能的影响。结果表明,适量的竹纤维能有效的增加生态砖的孔隙率,当磷石膏∶水泥为7∶3时,竹纤维添加量6%时,为最佳实验配比,28 d龄期的生态砖孔隙率达到15.6%,抗压强度为6.73 MPa,软化系数0.80。磷石膏生态砖的水化产物主要是Ca(OH)2、Aft等,水化时间越长以及水泥含量越高,生成的Aft产物越多,生态砖强度和耐水性就越好。生态砖浸出后Cu、Zn、Se、As、Pb、Cd重金属浓度达到《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838—2002)中的Ⅲ类水体标准,Cr浓度达到Ⅴ类标准。与磷石膏原料相比,重金属浸出量降低,说明磷石膏通过水泥固化形成生态砖实现了重金属的固化和磷石膏资源化利用。Phosphogypsum was used as the main raw material,and the effect of bamboo fiber on the performance of phosphogypsum ecological brick was explored by adding an appropriate amount of bamboo.The results show that the appropriate amount of bamboo fiber can effectively increase the porosity of ecological brick.When the phosphogypsum∶cement is 7∶3 and the content of bamboo fiber is 6%,the optimal experimental ratio is 15.6%,the compressive strength is 6.73 MPa,and the softening coefficient is 0.80.The hydration products of phosphogypsum ecological brick are mainly Ca(OH)2 and Aft,etc.The longer the hydration time and the higher the cement content,the more Aft products generated,the better the strength and water resistance of the ecological brick.The concentration of heavy metals such Cu,Zn,Se,As,Pb and Cd reached the ClassⅢwater standard in the“Surface water environmental quality standard”(GB 3838—2002),and the concentration of Cr reached the ClassⅤstandard.Compared with phosphogypsum raw materials,the leaching amount of heavy metals is lower,indicating that phosphogypsum is solidified by cement to form ecological brick to realize the solidification of heavy metals and the resource utilization of phosphogypsum.
