摘　　要：从国际价值链的视角深入探讨和推动我国出口导向型产业集群升级,对于提升产业链供应链韧性和安全水平,促进我国经济高质量发展具有重要现实意义。本文主要探讨新发展格局下我国出口导向型产业集群转型升级问题,研究发现:依托出口导向型经济的发展,我国产业集群取得了快速发展壮大。但是,我国出口导向型产业集群在发展过程中面临着国际价值链低端锁定、创新能力有待提升、产业集群内分工存在同质化等挑战。鉴于此,要不断完善产业链条、加快产业集群创新发展、完善配套支持体系积极培育和发展区域价值链,从而推动我国出口导向型产业集群转型升级,更好促进我国经济高质量发展。Deeply exploring and promoting the upgrading of China's export-oriented industrial clusters from the perspective of the international value chain is of great practical significance for enhancing the resilience and safety level of the industrial chain supply chain,and promoting high-quality economic development in China.This article mainly explores the transformation and upgrading of China's export-oriented industrial clusters under the new development pattern.It found that relying on the development of export-oriented economy,Chi-na's industrial clusters have achieved rapid development and growth.However,China's export-oriented industrial clusters face challenges in the development process,such as low-end locking in the international value chain,the need to improve innovation capabilities,and the ho-mogenization of division of labor within industrial clusters.In view of this,it is necessary to continuously improve the industrial chain,accel-erate the innovative development of industrial clusters,and improve the supporting system to actively cultivate and develop regional value chains,in order to promote the transformation and upgrading of China's export-oriented industrial clusters and better promote the high-quality development of China's economy.
