摘　　要：中国镍金属消费量约占世界的58%,而中国镍资源储量有限。印度尼西亚拥有丰富的镍资源,中国企业对印度尼西亚镍资源进行大规模直接投资,带动了该国经济的发展,践行了共建“一带一路”中合作、共赢的理念,并推动构建人类命运共同体。本文从中国镍需求维度、印尼镍供应维度、两国镍经贸维度、印尼镍经济维度等四个评价维度,就中国企业对印尼镍资源直接投资效果进行系统分析,并确定直接投资效果评价指标。在此基础上,对2011-2020年中国企业对印尼镍资源直接投资效果进行定量评价。根据模型结果,从2015年起中国企业对印尼镍资源直接投资效果综合评价得分逐年增加,这说明直接投资效果逐年提升,中国对印尼镍资源直接投资保持了较好的稳定性和可持续性,两国取得了双赢的效果。China accounts for about 58%of the world's nickel consumption,while China's nickel reserves are limited.Indonesia is rich in nickel resources,and Chinese enterprises have made large-scale direct investment in Indonesia's nickel resources,which has driven the development of the country's economy and put into practice the concept of cooperation and win-win situation in the"Belt and Road",and promoted the building of the community of human destiny.In this paper,we look at China's nickel demand dimension,Indonesia's nickel supply dimension,the nickel trade dimension of both countries,and Indonesia's nickel economy dimension.Based on the four evalu-ation dimensions,a systematic analysis is conducted on the effect of Chinese enterprises'direct investment in Indonesian nickel resources,and the evaluation indexes of the effect of direct investment are determined.On this basis,the quantitative evaluation of the effect of Chinese enterprises'direct investment in Indonesian nickel resources from 2011 to 2020 is carried out.According to the model results,it can be con-firmed that the comprehensive evaluation score of the effect of Chinese enterprises'direct investment in Indonesian nickel resources has in-creased year by year since 2015,indicating that the effect of direct investment has improved year by year,and Chinese direct investment in Indonesian nickel resources has maintained a good stability and sustainability,and both countries have achieved a win-win effect.
