摘　　要：当前,我国经济恢复的基础尚不牢固,外部环境动荡不安,给我国外贸发展带来挑战。但要看到,我国经济韧性强、潜力大、活力足,长期向好的基本面没有变,各项稳外贸政策效果持续显现,为进出口保稳提质、产业链供应链稳定提供强有力支撑。At present,the foundation of China's economic recovery is not yet solid,and the external environment is turbulent,bringing challenges to the development of China's foreign trade.However,we should see that China's economy is resilient with potential and vitality.The positive economic fundamentals and long-term trajectory remain unchanged.The policy of stabilizing foreign trade continues to take effect,providing powerful support to steady and high-quality growth in foreign trade,as well as the stability of industrial chain and supply chain.We should grasp the new situation of foreign trade development in the new era,build up a financing network supporting the entire cross-border supply chain and ecosystem,and scale up the support to the new norms and modes of foreign trade in line with different categories,levels,phases and priorities.
