微创AO钛制弹性髓内钉治疗儿童下肢长骨干骨折的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察微创AO钛制弹性髓内钉治疗儿童下肢长骨干骨折的临床效果。方法根据随机数字表法将2020年1月—2021年6月在惠水县人民医院治疗的82例下肢长骨干骨折患儿分为观察组和对照组,每组各41例。对照组行切开复位钢板螺钉内固定治疗,观察组行微创AO钛制弹性髓内钉治疗。比较2组患儿血液流变学指标、并发症发生率、临床疗效以及骨代谢指标。结果治疗后观察组血液流变学指标均低于对照组(P<0.05);2组并发症发生率对比无明显差异(P>0.05);观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组骨代谢指标的改善情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微创AO钛制弹性髓内钉治疗儿童下肢长骨干骨折效果显著,可改善患儿血液循环和骨代谢指标,加快骨折愈合进程。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of minimally invasive AO titanium elastic intramedullary nails in the treatment of children with lower extremity long diaphysis fractures.Methods According to the random number table method,82 children with lower extremity long shaft fractures treated in our hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were divided into an observation group and a control group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with open reduction and internal fixation with plate and screws,and the observation group was treated with minimally invasive AO titanium elastic intramedullary nail.The hemorheological indexes,complication rates,clinical efficacy and bone metabolism indexes were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the hemorheological indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of complications between the two groups was compared(P>0.05);the clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the improvement of bone metabolism indexes in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The minimally invasive AO titanium elastic intramedullary nail has a significant effect,which can improve the blood circulation,accelerate the fracture healing process,and return to normal life as soon as possible.
