化浊补肺方辨治联合盐酸莫西沙星片治疗老年慢性支气管炎患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究化浊补肺方辨治联合盐酸莫西沙星片治疗老年慢性支气管炎的疗效。方法选择2020年2月—2021年3月收治的74例老年慢性支气管炎患者进行研究,按照抽签法分为研究组(n=36)和对照组(n=38),对照组采用盐酸莫西沙星片治疗,观察组采用化浊补肺方辨治联合盐酸莫西沙星片治疗。对比2组临床治疗有效率,中医证候的起效、缓解情况,炎症因子水平。结果研究组总有效率为95.74%,显著高于对照组的75.56%(P<0.05);研究组咳嗽、咳痰的起效时间、缓解时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组IL-6、TNF-α水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),IL-2水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论化浊补肺方辨治联合盐酸莫西沙星片治疗老年慢性支气管炎患者的疗效显著,可有效改善中医证候,降低炎症反应,提高治疗有效率。Objective To study the effect of Huazhuo Bufei recipe combined with moxifloxacin hydrochloride tablets on elderly patients with chronic bronchitis and improvement of TCM Syndrome.Methods 74 in patients with senile chronic bronchitis who received treatment in our hospital from February 2020 to March 2021 were selected for this study,according to the method of drawing lots,they were divided into study group(n=36)and control group(n=38),The control group was treated with moxifloxacin hydrochloride tablets,the observation group was treated with huazhuo Bufei decoction combined with moxifloxacin hydrochloride tablets.The effective rate of clinical treatment,the onset and remission of TCM syndromes,the level of inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.74%,significantly higher than the control group75.56%(P<0.05).The onset time and remission time of cough and expectoration were significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05).IL-6,TNF-αlevel were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).IL-2 level significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM emotional intervention combined with Huazhuo Bufei recipe has a significant effect in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic bronchitis.It can effectively improve TCM syndrome,reduce inflammatory reaction,improve patients'treatment enthusiasm and improve treatment efficiency.
