中西药合用治疗慢性血吸虫病合并慢性结肠炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的分析中西药合用治疗慢性血吸虫病合并慢性结肠炎的临床效果。方法选取2020年7月—2021年6月70例慢性血吸虫病合并慢性结肠炎患者,以随机数字表法分组,患者入院后均采用吡喹酮进行血吸虫病治疗,对照组采取常规西药治疗慢性结肠炎,观察组采取中医药结合治疗慢性结肠炎。对比分析2组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率(97.1%)相比对照组(82.9%)更高(P<0.05)。观察组治疗不良反应发生率与对照组相比无统计学差异(P>0.05);观察组患者住院时间较对照组更短(P<0.05);观察组患者腹痛、腹泻及黏液脓血便等临床症状消失时间均较对照组短(P<0.05)。结论慢性血吸虫病合并慢性结肠炎采取中西药联合治疗,有助于显著控制血吸虫病病原,改善慢性结肠炎症状,促使患者尽早康复。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of chronic schistosomiasis complicated with chronic colitis.Methods From July 2020 to June 2021,70 cases of chronic schistosomiasis and chronic colitis were randomly divided into groups.All patients were treated with praziquantel after admission.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine.The therapeutic effects were compared and analyzed.Results The effective rate of the observation group(97.1%)was higher than that of the control group(82.9%)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group(8.6%)and the control group(P>0.05).The hospitalization time of patients in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the disappearance time of clinical symptoms such as abdominal pain,diarrhea,mucus,pus and bloody stool in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of chronic schistosomiasis complicated with chronic colitis is helpful to significantly control the pathogen of schistosomiasis,improve the symptoms of chronic colitis and promote the patients to recover as soon as possible.
