经济非均衡、市场主体和转型发展——厉以宁经济思想述评

摘　　要：在中国经济改革与发展的众多经济学思想流派中,厉以宁是所有制改革派的代表人物,他在西方经济学、社会主义政治经济学、国民经济管理学、经济改革理论、比较经济史方面均有很深的造诣,形成独特而系统的思想体系,对中国经济学的理论创新和经济体制改革的实践产生了深远影响。厉以宁的经济思想主要包括非均衡理论、政府调节和市场调节、所有制改革优先论、体制—目标—人的经济学研究范式、经济转型和经济发展、道德调节和效率双重基础论以及外国经济史研究等七个方面。Among the many schools of economic thought on Chinese economic reform and development,Li Yining was the representative figure of the School of Ownership Reform.He had profound attainments in Western economics,socialist political economics,study of national economic management,theory of economic reform,and comparative economic history,and created a unique and systematic ideological system which made a farreaching influence on the theoretical innovation of Chinese economics and the practice of economic institutional reform.This paper reviews Li Yining's main economic thoughts from the perspectives of non-equilibrium theory,government regulation and market regulation,the theory of the priority of ownership reform,the institution-goalhuman paradigm in economic study,economic transformation and economic development,the theory of dual bases with moral adjustment and efficiency,and the study of foreign economic history.
