摘　　要：本研究探究了南繁育种服务机构的服务方式及其知识产权侵权行为,首先系统介绍了南繁育种服务机构的概念和特点,阐述了其在中国农业科技创新中的重要地位;其次分析了南繁育种服务机构在知识产权保护方面存在的问题和侵权行为的表现形式,提出了必要的改进和创新建议;最后,展望了南繁育种服务机构的未来发展方向,并提出了相应的举措与建议。本研究采用了多种研究方法,深入调研和实证研究南繁育种服务机构的实际情况,为南繁育种服务机构的可持续发展提供了有益支持。This study explores the service models and intellectual property infringement behaviors of Nanfan Crop Breeding service institutions.It systematically introduces the concept and characteristics of Nanfan Crop Breeding service institutions and elaborates on their important position in agricultural technology innovation in China.The study analyzes the problems in intellectual property protection and the forms of infringement behaviors of Nanfan Crop Breeding service institutions and proposes necessary improvements and innovative suggestions.Finally,the study discusses the future development direction of Nanfan Crop Breeding service institutions and puts forward corresponding recommendations.This paper adopts multiple research methods to deeply investigate and empirical-ly study the actual situation of Nanfan Crop Breeding service institutions,providing useful support for their sus-tainable development.
