摘　　要：一、引言中尼铁路是中国中长期铁路网规划中面向“一带一路”的国际通道,线路起自中国西藏拉日铁路日喀则西站,经萨迦、定结、定日等地,过古隆(聂拉木)口岸至尼泊尔首都加德满都。本线的规划建设,将开辟中国面向南亚最便捷铁路通道,形成跨喜马拉雅立体综合交通网的骨干,是中尼共建“一带一路”的重要举措,对提高边境地区人民生活水平、完善西藏铁路网布局、发挥铁路骨干作用、推进绿色交通、永保雪域蓝天具有重要意义和作用。The China-Nepal Railway is an international channel facing countries of the Belt and Road Initiative(BRI)in China's medium-and long-tenn railway network planning.The railway starts from Rikazexi Station of Lasa-Rikaze Railway in Tibet Autonomous Region of China,and passes through Sa’gya,Dingjic,Dingri and Gyirong(Nyalam)Port to Kathmandu,capital of Nepal.This railway will become the most convenient railway channel connecting China and South Asia,and the backbone of the trans-Himalayan three-dimensional integrated transportation network.
