摘　　要：“一带一路”倡议的机遇与成果由全人类共享,各国广泛开展跨国别、地域、文明的政治、经济、文化、民生、商贸等各种活动。中国和越南两国以“一带一路”对接“两廊一圈”合作发展为主线,积极推动多方务实合作,提质增效,积极构建互利共赢的全面合作格局,为世界经济政治文化事业发展贡献力量。Under the Belt and Road Initiative(BR1).opportunities and achievements are shared by all mankind.Various countries have carried out a wide range of economic,political,cultural,people’s livelihood and infrastructure activities,as well as business and trade exchanges across countries,regions and civilizations.Focusing on joint construction of the BRI and cooperation in the"Two Corridors and One Belt"Framework.China and Vietnam have actively promoted multi­party pragmatic cooperation,improved quality,facilitated upgrading and built a mutually beneficial cooperation pattern,striving to contribute to the development of global economic,political and cultural undertakings.
