甜梦口服液联合氟西汀治疗抑郁症的临床研究及对低动力症状的影响

摘　　要：目的 观察甜梦口服液联合氟西汀对抑郁症患者低动力症状的影响。方法 选取2020年9月—2021年9月在河南省人民医院心理医学科治疗的抑郁症患者,随机分为治疗组54例,对照组52例。对照组给予抗抑郁药物氟西汀治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予甜梦口服液治疗。治疗周期4周。比较治疗前后两组疗效,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表-17版本(Hamilton depression scale-17 version,HAMD-17)、匹茨堡睡眠质量指数(Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)、健康状况调查简表(short form 36-item health survey,SF-36)对患者的抑郁及低动力症状、睡眠质量和生活质量进行评价。结果 治疗后,治疗组总有效率为90.7%,显著高于对照组的78.8%,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后HAMD-17评分和低动力症状总分均明显下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组低动力症状总分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组睡眠质量比对照组改善更加明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后健康状况均改善明显(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组精神健康比对照组改善更明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 甜梦口服液可以有效改善抑郁症患者的低动力症状,并可显著改善睡眠质量和生活质量。Objective To observe the effect of Tianmeng Oral Liquid(甜梦口服液)combined with fluoxetine on hypodynamic symptoms in patients with depression.Methods From September 2020 to September 2021,the patients with depression in the department of Psychological Medicine of Henan Provincial People’s Hospital were randomly divided into treatment group(54 cases)and control group(52 cases).Intervention measures of treatment group;Tianmeng Oral Liquid combined with fluoxetine,control group intervention measures,fluoxetine.The treatment lasted for four weeks.Hamilton depression scale-17(HAMD-17),Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),short form 36-item health survey(SF-36)were used to evaluate depression and low motivation symptoms,sleep quality,and quality of life.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.7%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(78.8%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,HAMD-17 scores in both groups decreased significantly,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptoms of low motivation in the treatment group were significantly improved compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the sleep quality of the treatment group improved more significantly than that of the control group,and the difference wasstatistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the mental health improvement in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tianmeng Oral Liquid can effectively improve the symptoms of low motivation and sleep quality and life quality of patients with depression.
