摘　　要：中药药引在古代医家的医案中多次被提及并加以运用,药引存在于方剂中或在煎煮时另外加入,加入药引之后,疾病治愈所需时间缩短,处方对于人体的作用效果提高。从药引的概念及起源、分类及各自作用、加入药引的原因及规律、现代中医临床应用研究以及对于药引的讨论及展望,结合古今文献,系统总结了近年来对于中药药引的研究进展,为后续中药药引的进一步研究提供依据。The medicinal ushers of traditional Chinese medicines have been mentioned and used many times in the medical records of ancient doctors.The medicinal ushers are present in the prescriptions or added during pre-cooking.After adding the medicinal ushers,the time required to cure the disease is shortened,and the effect of the prescription on the human body is enhanced.From the concept and origin,classification and respective functions,the reasons and laws of adding medicinal ushers,the clinical application of modern Chinese medicine,and the discussion and prospect of medicinal ushers,combined with ancient and modern literature,this article systematically summarizes the recent research on medicinal ushers in traditional Chinese medicine,which provides a basis for further research on medicinal ushers of traditional Chinese medicines.
