摘 要:综采工作面一直以来都是煤矿粉尘污染的重灾区。为解决综采面粉尘污染问题,通过建立高度仿真综采面三维模型,利用Fluent软件模拟分析了不同风速条件下综采面单一尘源及单-双尘源耦合条件下各尘源点扩散粉尘分布规律。通过对比分析模拟结果,获取综采面最优排尘风速,并以此为依据提出相应的综采面控除尘措施。研究成果可指导矿井前期通风布局设计及开采过程中综采、综放面粉尘治理,对创建安全绿色矿井具有重要意义。Fully mechanized coal mining face has always been a serious disaster area of coal mine dust pollution.In order to solve the problem of dust pollution,by establishing a highly simulated three-dimensional model of the fully mechanized mining face,the Fluent software was used to simulate and analyze the dust distribution law of each dust source point under the conditions of single dust source and single-double dust source coupling conditions in the fully mechanized mining face under different wind speeds.Through comparative analysis of the simulation results,the optimal dust exhaust wind speed of the fully mechanized mining face was obtained.On this basis,the corresponding dust control measures for fully mechanized mining face were proposed.The research results can guide the ventilation layout design in the early stage of the mine and the flour dust control in the process of fully mechanized mining and fully mechanized top coal caving,which is of great significance to create a safe and green mine.
