摘　　要：介绍了采煤机螺旋滚筒测量装置的2种不同的结构形式。在标准方法的基础上对滚筒直径、截线距、截割宽度、筒圈端部外径、叶片外缘升角、齿座定位角的测量进行了分析研究;制定出了更加优化合理的测量方法,介绍了测量过程中应使用的测量方式及应避免的错误方法。Introduced two different structural forms of the measuring device of the spiral drum of the shearer.On the basis of the standard method,the measurement of the diameter of drum,the intercept distance,the cutting width,the outer diameter of the cylinder ring end,the helical angle of vane outside and the positioning angle of the tooth seat were analyzed and studied.A more optimized and reasonable measurement method was developed,and the measurement methods that should be used in the measurement process and the error methods that should be avoided were introduced.
