摘 要:以两柱掩护式液压支架为研究对象,基于力学模型的平面受力分析及SolidWorks Simulation有限元分析,以顶梁偏载工况为加载边界条件,分别计算前、后连杆有无横肋板结构的受力情况。结果表明,液压支架连杆内部有无横肋板应力变化不大,为液压支架无横肋板前、后连杆结构设计提供理论支撑。The two column shield type hydraulic support was taken as the research object,the plane stress analysis based on the mechanical model and the SolidWorks Simulation finite element analysis were used to calculate the stress of the front and rear connecting rod with or without transverse rib plate structure with the top beam eccentric load condition as the loading boundary condition.The results show that the stress in the connecting rod of the hydraulic support with or without transverse rib plate has little change,which provides theoretical support for the structural design of the front and rear connecting rods of the hydraulic support without transverse rib plate.
