摘 要:针对薄煤层两巷过渡处截割顶矸、含矸率高的问题,提出了工作面设备大梯度过渡配套方式;研究设计了一种带有特殊侧护板的端头支架,用来维护受巷道与工作面落差影响的围岩稳定性;通过与传统端头液压支架侧护板机构对比,设计出折叠式平行四杆侧护板机构,可适应巷道掘进中两顶角的自然弧度,显著增大了支护力,解决了架间漏矸问题。合理的配套方式及侧护机构的应用,降低了薄煤层开采的含矸率,提高了煤炭质量,具有很高的推广使用价值。Aiming at the problems of cutting top gangue and large gangue containing rate at the transition of two lanes in thin coal seam,a large gradient transition matching method of working face equipment was put forward.A kind of end support with special side guard plate was studied and designed to maintain the stability of surrounding rock affected by the drop between roadway and working face.By comparing with the traditional side guard mechanism of hydraulic support at the end,the folded parallel four-bar side guard mechanism was designed,which can adapt to the natural radian of the two top angles in roadway driving,significantly increase the support force,and solve the problem of leakage of gangue between the frames.The reasonable supporting method and the application of side protection mechanism can reduce the gangue rate in thin coal seam mining and improve the coal quality,which has a high popularization and use value.
