摘　　要：以煤矿用SGZ800刮板输送机中部槽为研究对象,对其焊接质量进行了深入挖掘与探讨。中部槽作为矿用刮板输送机的关键部件,其各部件的焊接性能决定了使用寿命及可靠性。在中部槽实际焊接过程中,焊缝处经常存在气孔、夹渣、裂缝、未焊透等缺陷,影响着中部槽的焊接质量,降低了刮板输送机的使用性能。因此,找到影响中部槽各部件焊接质量的因素,加强焊接质量的优化提升十分重要。Taking the middle groove of SGZ800 scraper conveyor for coal mine as the research object,and deeply excavated and discussed its welding quality.The middle groove is a key component of the mining scraper conveyor,and the welding performance of each component determines the service life and the reliability.During the actual welding process of the middle groove,there are often defects such as pores,slag inclusions and cracks and incomplete penetration at the weld seam,which affects the welding quality of the middle groove and reduces the use performance of the scraper.Therefore,it is very important to find out the factors that affect the welding quality of each part of the middle groove and to strengthen the optimization and improvement of the welding quality.
