摘  要:采煤机调高油缸一般由缸筒、活塞杆、活塞等组成。缸筒内壁一般无法实施防腐处理,活塞杆表面一般只有1层很薄的镀铬层。而油缸长期处在阴暗潮湿的恶劣工况下工作,所以缸筒内壁及活塞杆表面很容易被腐蚀,从而产生微小的腐蚀凹陷,一旦开始产生腐蚀缺陷,表面便会被加速腐蚀;另一方面,缸筒长期使用后内壁也会产生微小划痕。以上问题均会导致油缸内部的动密封失效,从而无法实现调高的功能,而大行程的油缸造价很高,所以考虑使用特殊工艺对油缸进行修复再利用。The Height-adjusting oil cylinder of the shearer is generally composed of a cylinder barrel,a piston rod,a piston,etc.The inner wall of the cylinder barrel generally cannot be treated with anticorrosion treatment,the surface of the piston rod is generally only a thin layer of chrome plating.The oil cylinder has been working in cold and humid harsh working conditions for a long time,therefore,the inner wall of the cylinder and the surface of the piston rod are easily corroded,resulting in tiny corrosion pits.Once corrosion defects start to occur,the surface will be accelerated to corrode.On the other hand,the inner wall of the cylinder will also have tiny scratches after long-term use.The above problems will lead to the failure of the seal inside the cylinder,as a result,the function of height adjustment cannot be realized,and the large stroke cylinders are expensive,so consider using a special process to repair the cylinder for reuse.
