摘 要:为解决菏泽腾达煤矿1503运输顺槽煤层厚度变化大、煤层顶板自稳能力差,巷道断面跨度大,采动影响下易发生围岩变形,顶板、帮部支护难度增加影响掘进施工安全及工效问题,结合工作面地质条件及现场实际情况,通过FLAC3D数值模拟分析方法对采动影响下巷道支承压力变化规律进行研究分析,并采用数值模拟和力学理论计算方法对巷道支护设计方案进行模拟对比分析,确定了巷道支护方案。现场验证结果表明,巷道采用该支护设计方案进行支护后,巷道围岩变形得到有效控制,为类似条件下煤巷支护提供了参考。In order to solve the problems that the thickness of the 1503 transport gateway in Heze Tengda coal mine changes greatly,the self stability of the coal seam roof is poor,the roadway section span is large,the surrounding rock deformation is easy to occur under the influence of mining,and the difficulty of roof and side support increases,which affects the safety and efficiency of tunneling construction,combined with the geological conditions of the working face and the actual situation on site,the change law of the roadway bearing pressure under the influence of mining was studied and analyzed through FLAC3D numerical simulation analysis method.The numerical simulation and mechanical theory calculation methods were used to simulate and compare the roadway support design scheme,and the roadway support scheme is determined.The field verification results show that the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway is effectively controlled after the roadway is supported by the new support design scheme,which provides a reference for coal roadway support under similar conditions.
