摘 要:为合理优化对辊散煤联合制样设备破碎机齿形,获取最佳齿形结构参数,提升散煤破碎质量,设计基于近似模型的对辊散煤联合制样设备破碎机齿形优化方法。以最高散煤破碎质量为目标函数,齿高与齿顶宽等齿形结构参数为设计变量,建立对辊散煤联合制样设备破碎机齿形优化模型;利用融合柯西变异和反向学习的改进麻雀算法,求解齿形优化模型,获取最高散煤破碎质量值,以及对应的齿形优化结构参数。实验证明:该方法可有效优化齿形结构参数;在不同破碎层数与不同散煤粒度时,应用该方法优化齿形后,可有效提升散煤破碎压缩比,即提升散煤破碎质量。In order to reasonably optimize the tooth shape of the crusher of the counter roll bulk coal combined sampling preparation equipment,obtain the best tooth shape structural parameters and improve the crushing quality of bulk coal,the tooth shape optimization method of the crusher of the counter roll bulk coal combined sampling preparation equipment based on the approximate model was designed.Taking the highest bulk coal crushing quality as the objective function and the tooth structure parameters such as tooth height and tooth top width as the design variables,the tooth shape optimization model of the crusher of the counter roll bulk coal combined sample preparation equipment was established.Using the improved sparrow algorithm combining Cauchy variation and reverse learning,the tooth shape optimization model is solved to obtain the highest bulk coal crushing quality value and the corresponding tooth shape optimization structural parameters.Experiments show that this method can effectively optimize the structural parameters of tooth profile;when the number of crushing layers and particle size of bulk coal are different,the method can effectively improve the crushing compression ratio of bulk coal,that is,improve the crushing quality of bulk coal.
