摘 要:采用故障树分析法与Baeys网络模型相结合的方式,以采煤机机械故障为顶事件,进行系统各节点的故障概率分析,从而找到采煤机机械故障的薄弱环节,提高采煤机系统的可靠程度和煤矿企业的生产效率,同时在减小故障的影响、消除安全隐患等方面也有很强的指导意义。By combining the fault tree analysis method with the Baeys network model and taking the mechanical fault of the shearer as the top event,the fault probability analysis of each node of the system was carried out,so as to find the weak link of the mechanical fault of the shearer,improve the reliability of the shearer system and the production efficiency of the coal mine enterprise.At the same time,it has a strong guiding significance in reducing the impact of the fault and eliminating the potential safety hazards.
