摘 要:为提高某薄煤层支架搬运车驾驶舒适性和安全性,构建了95百分位的中国人体模型。计算了座椅、操纵机构、脚踏板、仪表盘等关键件尺寸,完成了薄煤层支架搬运车驾驶室的整体排布。通过人机工程学模型,分别对驾驶员的操作舒适性、视野舒适性和坐姿舒适性进行了人机工程学仿真,结果表明:在长时间的正常驾驶模式下,驾驶员的整体姿态处在较高的舒适度范围,对提高辅助运输装备的驾驶舒适性和安全性具有较高的参考价值。In order to improve the driving comfort and safety of a hydraulic support carrier,a Chinese human body model was constructed based on the 95th percentile.The dimensions of key components such as the seat,operating mechanism,pedals and instrument panel were calculated,and the overall layout of the cab of the thin coal seam support carrier was completed.Through ergonomics module,carried out ergonomic simulations on the driver operating comfort,visual field comfort and sitting comfort.The results show that the driver posture is maintained in a high comfort range in long-term normal driving mode,which has a high reference value for improving the driving comfort and safety of thin coal seam auxiliary transportation equipment.
