摘 要:以四川会理竹寿水库堆石坝填筑为例,引入智能碾压系统实时监控坝体填筑施工过程和施工工艺。通过系统基准站、压路机与远程监控中心的互馈配合,发现问题及时分析、调整施工方案,使大坝填筑施工更契合现场实际情况。该套智能碾压系统集高精度定位、无线通讯、高精度传感、大数据分析处理技术于一体,向参建各方提供及时准确的碾压信息,可实现对碾压施工的全过程全方位控制。该套智能碾压控制技术可供类似工程参考。Taking the rockfill dam of Zhushou Reservoir in Huili,Sichuan as an example,the intelligent rolling system is introduced to monitor the dam filling construction process and construction technology in real time.Through the mutual feed and coordination of the system reference station,the road roller and the remote monitoring center,the problems are found and the construction plan is adjusted in time,so that the dam filling construction is more suitable for the actual situation on site.This set of intelligent rolling system integrates high-precision positioning,wireless communication,high-precision sensing and big data analysis and processing technology to provide timely and accurate rolling information to the participating parties,which can realize the whole process and all-round control of rolling construction.This set of intelligent rolling control technology can be used as reference for similar projects.
