摘 要:采用全自动焊接工艺对螺旋钻杆翼片进行焊接试验,通过对焊接接头的宏观结构和微观组织研究以及显微硬度测试,研究焊接电流、焊接电压、焊接速度3项工艺参数对螺旋钻杆焊接接头组织和力学性能的影响。结果显示,焊接电流与焊缝熔深、余高呈正相关;焊接电压与焊缝熔深、余高均呈负相关,与焊缝熔宽呈正相关;焊接速度与焊缝熔深、熔宽、余高均呈负相关;焊接电流、电压增大使焊缝区的粒状贝氏体转变为条状贝氏体,且伴有马氏体产生;焊接电流和电压的增大使热影响区的粗晶区增宽,并有淬硬倾向,导致硬度上升,焊接速度的减小致使焊缝区变宽,高硬度范围变广。基于螺旋钻杆结构设计要求,得到最优焊接工艺参数,即焊接电流160 A,焊接电压24 V,焊接速度1 cm/s。The fully automatic welding process was used to conduct welding test on the auger rod fin.Through the macrostructure and microorganization research and the microhardness test,the influence of the welding current,welding voltage and welding speed on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the auger rod welded joint were studied.The results show that the welding current is positively correlated with the weld penetration and excess height.The welding voltage is negatively correlated with the weld penetration and excess height,and the welding voltage is positively correlated with the weld width.The welding speed is negatively correlated with weld penetration,excess height and weld width.With the increase of welding current and voltage,the granular bainite in the weld zone is more transformed into strip bainite,with the appearance of martensitic structure.The increase of welding current and voltage make the coarse-grained zone of the heat-affected zone widen,and there is a tendency of hardening,which leads to the increase of hardness.The decrease of welding speed widens the weld area and the range of high hardness.Based on the structural design requirements of the auger rod,the best welding process parameters were obtained,namely,the welding current is 160 A,the welding voltage is 24 V,and the welding speed is 1 cm/s.
