摘　　要：液压支架作为煤矿综采工作面的支护设备,能够为人员和设备提供安全的作业空间,对于煤矿安全生产和工作面高产高效具有重要意义。在液压支架顶梁、掩护梁或尾梁两侧设置由侧护板、侧推千斤顶和弹簧、导杆及附件组成的侧护装置,使用时一侧使用销轴进行固定,一侧处于活动状态。其中液压支架导杆因支架架型、中心距差异,造成导杆上孔位、孔距不统一,且存在一定的角度,在设计中导杆上孔加工精度高,为了保证钻孔精度,采用一种新型工装来加工液压支架导杆上的孔。实践表明,导杆多功能精准定位钻孔工装适用于不同的液压支架导杆及销轴类零件的加工,具有一定的经济效益和推广价值。As the supporting equipment for the fully mechanized coal mining face,the hydraulic support can provide safe working space for personnel and equipment,which is of great significance for the safe production of the coal mine and the high yield and efficiency of the working face.On both sides of the top beam,shield beam or tail beam of the hydraulic support,the side guard consisting of side guard,side push jack,spring,guide rod and accessories is set.When using,one side is fixed with pin shaft,and the other side is in an active state.Among them,the guide rod of the hydraulic support has different hole locations and hole spacing due to the difference of the support type and center distance,and there is a certain angle.In the design,the hole processing accuracy of the guide rod is high.In order to ensure the drilling accuracy,used a new type of tooling to process the hole on the guide rod of the hydraulic support.The practice shows that the multifunctional precise positioning drilling tool for guide rod is applicable to the processing of different types of hydraulic support guide rod and pin shaft parts,and has certain economic benefits and promotion value.
