摘 要:针对煤矿井下瓦斯抽采钻孔施工采用传统人工验收模式存在效率低、易出现打假钻等问题,以白坪煤矿为工程背景,结合矿井实际开采情况,提出一种基于万兆工业环网远距离传输技术的智能化打钻视频管理系统。介绍了该系统的结构组成、功能特点及关键技术。应用结果表明,该系统可以有效节约时间、人力及物力,可极大提高矿井瓦斯抽采率,为矿井煤层瓦斯防治打下了坚实基础。Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and easy to crack down on fake drills in the traditional manual acceptance mode of gas drainage borehole construction in coal mines,taking Baiping coal mine as the engineering background and combined with the actual mining situation of the mine,proposed an intelligent drilling video management system based on the 10 gigabit industrial ring network remote transmission technology.Introduced the structure component,functional characteristics and key technologies of this system.The application results show that the system can effectively save time,manpower and material resources,and can greatly improve the gas extraction rate of the mine,which lays a solid foundation for the prevention and control of coal seam gas in the mine.
