三道沟煤矿井下粉尘治理技术应用实践

摘　　要：为解决三道沟煤矿采掘工作面粉尘污染对工人身体健康造成损害的问题,通过加强制度管理、强化工人防尘意识、鼓励员工改进防尘工艺,综采工作面使用采煤机内外喷雾覆盖滚筒、负压诱导除尘-捕尘网组合装置、降架移架自动喷雾、降尘剂等综合防尘措施,连采工作面使用长压短抽除尘系统、连采机高压外喷雾系统、密闭尘源抽尘净化技术,胶运大巷、辅运大巷采用自动喷雾技术。采取综合降尘措施后,综采工作面和连采工作面综合降尘效率分别达到92.6%和91.1%,有效降低了三道沟煤矿井下作业场所粉尘浓度。In order to solve the problem of dust pollution of the mining face damage to the health of workers in Sandaogou coal mine,by strengthening the system management,strengthening the workers awareness of dust prevention and encouraging staff to improve the dust prevention process,the fully mechamized mining face uses dust prevention measures such as the spray covering rollers inside and outside the coal machine,negative pressure induction dust removal-dust collection net combination device,automatic spray for lowering the support and moving the support,dust depressant,etc.,the continuous mining face uses the long pressure short extraction dust removal system,high pressure external spray system of continuous mining machine,dust extraction and purification technology of closed dust source,automatic spray technology is used in belt cortveyor transportation main roadway and auxiliary transportation main roadway.After comprehensive dust reduction measures are taken,the comprehensive dust reduction efficiency of fully mechanized mining face and continuous mining face reaches 92.6%and 91.1%respectively,which effectively reduces the dust concentration in the underground workplace of Sandaogou coal mine.
