摘  要:植物源挥发性有机物(BVOCs)排放量约占全球总VOCs排放的90%,其排放易受环境因子(温度、光照、土壤水分、饱和水汽压差、风速、风向、O_(3)和CO_(2)浓度等)的影响,对采样和分析要求极高,而BVOCs样品的精准采集与分析是获取BVOCs排放因子的基础。该文综述了国内外BVOCs采样和分析方法,根据采样系统是否能控制或模拟环境因子(温度、湿度、光照强度、空气湍流、二氧化碳浓度等),对采样叶室的适用性进行了分析。其中光合仪-动态封闭系统可精准控制温度、光照强度、二氧化碳浓度,易使空气形成自然交换且便于外场测量,适用于大多数植物BVOCs排放测量。依托高塔、系留球、飞机等开展测量的开放式采样系统适用于外场的长期观测。PTR-MS、PTR-TOF-MS、Vocus-PTR-TOF等在线分析系统逐步得到应用。微型传感器已应用于BVOCs的快速检测,碳同位素分析法已应用于BVOCs合成转化过程中组分的探究。对采样和分析系统发展的研究,将为精准获取BVOCs排放因子并评估其环境效应提供依据。Biogenic volatile organic compounds(BVOCs)account for about 90%of total VOCs,and their emissions are susceptible to environmental factors(temperature,light,soil moisture,wind speed,wind direction,O_(3)and CO_(2)concentrations,etc.),which require high techniques in sampling and analysis.The accurate collection and analysis of BVOCs air samples are the basis for determining the emission factors of BVOCs.In this paper,the research progresses that have been achieved in terms of the sampling and analysis methods are reviewed,and the applicability of the sampling leaf chamber is evaluated according to whether the sampling system can control or simulate environmental factors(temperature,light intensity,air turbulence,humidity and CO_(2)concentration,etc.).The dynamic closed systems,among others,the photosynthetic instrumentdynamic closed system,can accurately control the temperature,light intensity,and carbon dioxide concentration,so it is suitable for the measurement of BVOCs for most plants in the field.In addition,the open sampling systems,especially measurement systems such as towers and aircraft,are suitable for long-term observations in the field such as forests.PTRMS,PTR-TOF-MS,Vocus-PTR-TOF and other online analysis systems are widely used for BVOCs detection.At the same time,miniature sensors have also begun to be applied to the rapid detection of BVOCs;and the carbon isotope analysis has begun to be used to explore the components of BVOCs in the synthesis and transformation process.The recent advances in the sampling and analysis systems are conducive to obtaining the emission factors of BVOCs and providing a basis for evaluating the environmental effects of BVOCs emissions.
