摘  要:以CPVC为主体树脂、添加其他辅助树脂及改性助剂制备花环填料用干混料。研究了干混料配方对制品性能的影响,结果表明:①单纯增加CPE的用量会延长塑化时间,不利于加工;②AGR树脂对维卡软化温度影响小,且本身有增韧作用,可以有效提高冲击性能,增加填料的韧性;③氯化低聚合度PVC树脂可提升加工性能,提高维卡软化温度。④MBS可提高冲击强度,且利于塑化。A dry blend for wreath fillers was prepared from CPVC as the base resin,other auxil-iary resins and modifying additives.The effect of dry blend formula on product performance was studied.The results showed that:①simply increasing the amount of CPE would prolong the plastici-zation time and was not conducive to processing;②AGR resin had little effect on Vicat softening temperature and had a toughening effect,which could effectively improve impact performance and increase the toughness of the filler;③chlorinated PVC resin with low polymerization degree could improve processing performance and increase Vicat softening tem perature;④MBS could improve impact strength and facilitate plasticization.
