摘 要:相对于传统锥齿轮传动,端直面齿轮传动优势明显,已广泛应用于直升机主减速器中。然而由于端直面齿轮齿面的波纹特性,标准的渐开线齿廓弯曲应力计算算法不再适用。本文根据强度理论,提出了基于强度理论的端直面齿轮弯曲应力的解析算法。建立了端直面齿轮当量齿轮,推导了齿形系数、应力修正系数和重合度系数的计算公式,形成了端直面齿轮弯曲应力的解析算法。通过台架实验,误差在7%以内,验证了该算法的有效性和准确性。同时,基于此算法研究了不同参数对端直面齿轮弯曲应力影响规律,分析了该算法中各参数的权重系数。为端直面齿轮传动技术进一步标准化和工程化提供了技术支撑。Compared with traditional bevel gear transmission,face gear drives have obvious advantages and have been widely used in helicopter main reducers.However,due to the high-order characteristics of the tooth surface of face gears,the standard calculation algorithm of the bending stress of the involute profile is no longer applicable.Based on the strength theory,an analytical algorithm for the bending stress of face gears is proposed in this paper.The equivalent gear of the face gear is established.The calculation formulas of the tooth shape coefficient,the stress correction coefficient and the coincidence coefficient are deduced.And the analytical algorithm of bending stress of the face gear is formed.Through bench experiments,the error is found to be less than 7%,which verifies the effectiveness and accuracy of the algorithm.At the same time,based on this algorithm,the influence of different modulus on the bending stress of the face gear is studied,and the weight coefficients of each parameter in the algorithm are analyzed.It provides technical support for the further standardization and engineering of face gear drive technology.
