摘  要:我国的电机检修方式大多处于“计划修”的阶段,这种方法存在检修过剩或不足的缺点。电机的检修模式目前正在向“状态修”转变。针对解决传统电机监测系统数据传输能力较差及传统物理服务器易受环境影响的问题,提出了基于物联网技术、云服务器技术和4G技术的电机远程监测系统。电机远程监测系统分为下位机采集传输系统和电机监测云平台两部分,实现了对电机运行状态数据的采集、发送、储存、显示和分析。试验结果表明系统运行稳定,可以实现对电机的远程监测,对保证电机的运行安全很有帮助。Most of the motor maintenance methods in our country are in the stage of"planned maintenance",and this method has the shortcomings of excessive or insufficient maintenance.The maintenance mode of the motor is currently changing to "state maintenance".In order to solve the problems that the traditional motor monitoring system has poor data transmission capability and the traditional physical server is easily affected by the environment,a motor remote monitoring system based on the Internet of Things technology,cloud server technology and 4G technology is proposed.The motor remote monitoring system is divided into two parts:the lower computer acquisition and transmission system and the motor monitoring cloud platform,which realizes the acquisition,transmission,storage,display and analysis of the motor running status data.The test results show that the system runs stably and can realize remote monitoring of the motor,which is very helpful to ensure the safety of the motor.
