摘 要:为了探究纵轴式掘进机截割头的振动特性,采用拉格朗日方程建立整机的动力学模型,结合虚拟激励法推导截割头的响应谱计算方法,借助Matlab仿真计算,获得截割头在x、y、z三向位移响应及响应谱,发现对系统响应贡献较大的频率范围在15Hz内,x、y、z三向响应均值依次为0.0043m,0.0079m,0.0063m。结合Pro/e和ADAMS软件,建立整机的多刚体动力学模型,仿真分析获得截割头的振动特征,检验理论计算的可靠性;最后以国产某型纵轴式掘进机进行截割实验,实验结果略大于仿真计算值且均值误差在8.3~18%之内,所得结论为进一步分析各部件的振动以及系统的各项参数优化设计奠定基础。In order to analyze the vibration characteristics of the cutting head for the longitudinal roadheader,a dynamic model is established for the roadheader based on the Lagrange equation.The calculation method of the response spectrum of the cutting head is derived using the pseudo-excitation method.The response spectrum of the cutting head and the responses in the x,y,z directions are obtained by Matlab.The main contribution to the system is found to be within the frequency range of 15 Hz.The mean responses in the x,y,z directions are 0.0043 m,0.0079 m and 0.0063 m,respectively.A multi-rigid body dynamics model of the entire machine is established with Pro/e and ADAMS.The vibration characteristics of the cutting head are obtained by simulation,and the reliability of theoretical calculation is checked.The cutting experiment is carried out with a domestic longitudinal roadheader.The simulation results are slightly different from the experimental results and the mean error is 8.3%~18%.The conclusions lay the foundation for further analysis of vibration and parameters optimization of components.
