摘 要:为保证盘式制动器在使用周期内的可靠性,以某型号汽车K00前制动钳为研究对象,分析了K00前制动钳卡滞原因。建立了K00前制动钳及其连接件的理论分析模型,运用AMEsim和ansys建立了K00前制动钳整体性模型和密封圈处结构性模型,分别分析卡簧夹紧力和矩形密封圈回抱力对K00前制动钳卡滞的影响。在提出优化方案的同时设计了相关实验,验证了优化方案的可行性。分析结果表明:卡簧结构夹紧力满足滑阻标准,回抱力、活塞回位量均随着矩形密封圈过盈量增加而逐渐减小;优化设计更改了原始设计的矩形密封圈安装位置,使活塞回位量分布于标准下差,卡滞问题得到改善,满足了制动钳使用周期内的可靠性要求。In order to ensure the reliability of disc brakes in the service cycle,this paper takes a certain type of car K00 front brake caliper as the research object and analyzes the reason of K00 front brake caliper stagnation.The theoretical analysis model of the K00 front brake caliper and its connectors is established.The integral model of the KOO front brake caliper and the structural model at the sealing ring are established by AMEsim and ANSYS.The influence of the spring clamping force and the rectangular sealing ring returning force on the stagnation of the K00 front brake caliper is analyzed respectively.Relevant experiments are designed to verify the feasibility of the optimization scheme.The analysis results show that the clamping force of the spring meets the sliding resistance standard,and the return force and the return amount of the piston decrease gradually with the increase of the interference amount of the rectangular sealing ring.The optimized design changes the installation position of the rectangular sealing ring,so that the piston return quantity is distributed under the standard difference,and the stagnation problem is improved,which meets the reliability requirements of the brake caliper during the service period.
