摘 要:为明确多杀霉素对草地贪夜蛾的作用效果,开展了室内毒力测定和田间药效评价,为多杀霉素用于草地贪夜蛾防治提供参考依据。室内毒力测定结果表明,多杀霉素对草地贪夜蛾有较高的毒性,对低龄幼虫的毒力高于高龄幼虫,2~5龄草地贪夜蛾LD_(50)分别为0.87、3.76、5.54、10.28 mg/L,加入20%多杀霉素增效剂未表现出对3龄幼虫的增效作用。田间试验结果表明,多杀霉素对草地贪夜蛾防效良好,20%多杀霉素悬浮剂5000倍液、8000倍液、12000倍液药后10 d的防效分别为91.98%、67.33%、54.43%。基于经济阈值的害虫防治简易判别规则分析经济效益表明,防治玉米苗期的草地贪夜蛾,以20%多杀霉素悬浮剂5000倍液为最佳选择。In order to clarify the effect of spinosad on Spodoptera frugiperda,the indoor toxicity test and field efficacy evaluation were carried out to provide a reference basis for the use of spinosad in the control of S.frugiperda.The results of indoor toxicity test showed that spinosad had high toxicity to S.frugiperda,and the toxicity to the lower instar larvae was higher than that of the older instar larvae.The LD50of the 2nd to 5th instar S.frugiperda was 0.87,3.76,5.54 and 10.28 mg/L,respectively.Adding a synergist to 20%spinosad SC did not show any synergistic effect on the 3rd instar larvae.The results of field experiment showed that spinosad had good control effect on S.frugiperda,the control effects of SC5000 times solution,8000 times solution and 12000 times solution 10 days after treatment were 91.98%,67.33%and 54.43%,respectively.The economic benefit was analyzed by the simple discriminant rule of pest control based on economic threshold.The results showed that 20%spinosad SC 5000 times solution was the best choice to controlling S.frugiperda at maize seedling stage.
