2022年成都市医务人员健康教育与促进现状及其影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的了解成都市医务人员开展健康教育与促进现状及其影响因素,为今后制定相关政策提供依据。方法采用分层随机抽样方法,于2022年4月在成都市选取三类公立综合医院临床医务人员开展问卷调查,医务人员开展健康教育与促进影响因素的单因素分析用χ2检验,多因素分析用Logistic回归模型。结果共调查医务人员1263人,其中有88.84%的受访人员开展过健康教育与促进工作。开展健康教育与促进的形式,以一对一健康提示/健康指导(78.46%)和发放健康宣传资料(76.41%)等为主,内容以康复治疗(83.21%)、疾病治疗(71.50%)、合理用药指导(70.55%)等为主。经Logistic回归分析显示,医务人员开展健康教育与促进与单位性质、职业类别、是否赞同将开展健康教育与促进纳入职称评审和绩效考核要求有关。市级医院(OR=2.326,95%CI:1.476~3.664)、区县级医院(OR=1.670,95%CI:1.089~2.562)医务人员,临床医师(OR=1.672,95%CI:1.160~2.411)、完全赞同将健康教育与促进纳入职称评定(OR=3.576,95%CI:1.921~6.657)和绩效考核(OR=2.075,95%CI:1.126~3.822)的医务人员更多参与健康教育与促进工作。结论成都市医务人员目前开展健康教育与促进的形式和内容呈现多样化,可通过对基层医务人员开展培训,制定激励奖励政策等措施促进医务人员参与健康教育与促进工作。Objective To understand the current situation and influencing factors of health education and promotion of medical staff in Chengdu,and to provide basis for formulating relevant policies in the future.Methods The stratified random sampling method was used to select the clinical medical staff of three types of public general hospitals in Chengdu to carry out a questionnaire survey in April 2022.The univariate analysis of the factors affecting the health education and promotion of medical staff was conducted with Chi-square test,and the multivariate analysis was conducted with a logistic regression model.Results A total of 1263 medical personnel were investigated,88.84%of whom had carried out health education and promotion work.Health education and promotion were mainly carried out in the forms of one-to-one health tips/health guidance(78.46%)and distribution of health publicity materials(76.41%),with rehabilitation treatment(83.21%),disease treatment(71.50%)and rational drug use guidance(70.55%)as the main contents.The logistic regression analysis showed that the health education and promotion carried out by medical staff was related to the nature of the unit,occupational category,and whether they agreed to include the health education and promotion into the requirements of professional title evaluation and performance evaluation.Medical staff of municipal hospitals(odds ratio OR=2.326,95%confidence interval CI:1.476-3.664)and district/county-level hospitals(OR=1.670,95%CI:1.089-2.562),and clinicians(OR=1.672,95%CI:1.160-2.411)who fully agreed to include health education and promotion into professional title evaluation(OR=3.576,95%CI:1.921-6.657)and performance evaluation(OR=2.075,95%CI:1.126-3.822)were more involved in health education and promotion.Conclusions At present,the forms and contents of health education and promotion for medical personnel in Chengdu are diversified,and medical personnel can be promoted to participate in health education and promotion by training grass-roots medical personnel and formul
